COVID-19 Update

We hope you and your family are staying well during the COVID-19 crisis. These are troubling times for all of us, and we wanted to provide a level of assurance that we will continue providing you with the service you’ve come to expect from us.

​

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued its Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce and has provided further detailed guidance on identifying essential critical infrastructure workers. DHS has included as "essential" all the roles workers in the water treatment industry play in delivering clean, safe water. So, we remain on the job and fully able to assist you in any we can during this crisis.

With the outbreak of COVID-19 continuing to provide high quality service while ensuring the health and safety of our customers and our employees has never been more important.  

 

Measures we have instituted to ensure your safety and those of our employees:

  • Before setting up your service, we will ask a series of questions about recent travel, exposure to anyone who has traveled, or exposure to the virus for anyone in your home. If you are quarantined or sick and you call us for service, we ask that you advise us about the conditions ahead of time. 

  • Well Pump Repair/ Well Inspections/ Water Testing - To the best of our ability we will perform contactless service. Safewell employees will be wearing masks and gloves and limit any customer interaction and in-home time.  Communication on premise can be conducted via phone.

  • Water softeners/‘Safe' Water treatments - For these in-home services, our employees will wear masks and gloves and limit movement in the home.

  • New contactless payment options - We have added several contactless payments including PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay and other ACH transfer options by phone or internet. We will still take standard payment methods of cash, check and credit card and have financing options available.
